The Artist

Being one of artists who is amazed by the charm of film photography, Dmitry Yatsenko proceeds on his way in fine art with the most expressive kind of photography — panoramas. His long time experience with digital photography allows him to get the best of two worlds in his hybrid photographic production. It all starts from imagination, which is captured with a large format panoramic film camera with frames as huge as 6x17cm, and then it is converted to digital format with a hi-end drum scanner. All such efforts result in incredibly large prints with tons of details and variety of vibrant colors. Dmitry’s artworks are unique, fresh and highly appreciated in the market.
